Where are you licensed to practice? Can you see me where I live?

I am a licensed LCSW in Connecticut, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with license #9751. I am also licensed in Massachusetts as an LICSW,  license #123287. Both licensures are the highest license for social work in each respective state. Unfortunately, I am not able to practice if you are located in any other state at time of service.

I accept a majority of insurances. Please click here for a list of insurances. Of note, I only accept existing clients with Anthem BCBS insurance.

What types of therapy do you practice?

I utilize a combination of Internal Family Systems, Trauma Resiliency Model, and Psychodynamic Therapy, as well as tools from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman, and sex therapy.
